During this initial assessment, our nurse practitioner will conduct a full functional evaluation to take a look at the whole picture. She will review health history, symptoms, environmental factors, diet, lifestyle, spiritual & emotional well-being and will perform a full physical assessment for in-person visits. Forms will be directly emailed to you to be filled out before your appointment. It is best if these forms are filled out at-least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This appointment will help our nurse practitioner determine specific labs and functional testing needed to create a personalized care-plan tailored to you.

Going upstream from conventional western medicine requires change and commitment. Multiple follow ups are needed to uncover root causes and continuously reevaluate your individualized care plan. These follow ups will be conducted by our registered nurse or nurse practitioner according to individual needs, complexity of care and schedule availability. Our nurse practitioner will continuously oversee your care.

Our Integrative Health Practitioner will help guide your wellness journey by specifically focusing on nutrition, lifestyle changes, fitness, stress management, non-toxic living, supplement adjustment, guided detoxes and parasite cleanses. These appointments will be individualized according to your specific needs.

During a sick visit appointment, our nurse practitioner will begin with a thorough evaluation of symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history, allowing her to understand the individual’s unique health concerns. After discussing the current illness, a functional approach is taken, focusing on identifying potential root causes. Further functional lab tests may be recommended if necessary. Natural supplements may be suggested to support the immune system. Nutritional advice is provided to encourage whole food consumption, advising on foods rich in vitamins and minerals to enhance recovery.

If the client’s condition necessitates conventional treatment, such as antibiotics for a bacterial infection, this will be integrated into the holistic plan to ensure comprehensive care. The focus remains on minimal medication use, emphasizing natural remedies as the first line of support.

Our approach is comprehensive, focusing on the whole child rather than just their symptoms. During the visit, we will conduct a detailed health history review to understand your child's medical background, family health history, lifestyle factors and environmental factors. This helps us identify any potential imbalances or areas that may require attention. We utilize functional labs and testing to gain insights into your child's nutritional status, gut health, and immune function when necessary.
